For over 30 years we’ve been proud to call Louisiana home & have always understood our responsibility to be a good member of our community. Over the next several months, we plan to keep Culture on Tap by spotlighting & sharing some of our favorite Louisiana artists & local businesses that have the same passion for their work as we do. We hope this helps bring awareness & support to their business when they need it most. Our next local business we want to spotlight is La Louisiane Bakery. La Louisiane is a locally owned bakery in New Orleans. They pride themselves on quality, freshness & creativity. From King Cakes to pastry items for weddings, La Louisiane treat their customers like family and work very closely with them to make sure every occasion is memorable. Wondering how you can support La Louisiane Bakery? Take a minute & visit their website at https://bit.ly/2Jg7AUe. The first artist we want to highlight is a painter from Slidell, Jessica Young. Her art is inspired by the wildlife, people, & magic of South Louisiana. Since the young age of 4; art, wildlife, crawfish boils and the bayou have brought inspiration and joy to her heart. In her mind, whomever said “home is where the heart is” must have been talking about Louisiana. Wondering how you can support Jessica and Louisiana Heart Felts LLC? Take a minute & visit her website at https://bit.ly/2WGx3hq. If you jump over to her Instagram, you can check out what she has recently been working on. 2018 Beer Release Calendar The new year is here and we're looking forward to another great year of brews! We've been hard at work behind the scenes planning for 2018 and wanted to share some of what we've been working on. Our 2018 Beer Release Calendar is everything we'll be releasing and boiled down to one single sheet. It's our brew bible! Of course, most of your favorites are back, but as you'll see we're bringing some beers you might recognize out of retirement and releasing a ton of new beers. In all, we'll brew and package 31 beers in 2018 and that's not counting the tons of beers we'll be experimenting with and releasing on our pilot system here at the brewery. A big change in our lineup is the change of our Select Series to our new Limited Series. The idea behind the series will remain the same. These limited offerings will be where we experiment with new styles and flavors and try new things, but instead of the beer being sold in 22 oz. bottles like it has in the past, we're making the switch to 6pk carriers. In 2018, we'll release five new brews in all (not including our new Maison Blanc)....
