Frank’s Fantastic Easy-To-Bake Beer Bread

- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (12 oz) bottle of Abita Amber at room temp
- 1 tablespoon of butter, melted

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil & flour a 9 X 5 X 3-inch loaf pan. - Combine the flour, sugar & beer in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Put the dough in the prepared load pan. Brush top of dough with melted butter. Cover with plastic wrap & let stand for 5 minutes. - Remove plastic wrap. Bake in 375-degree oven until brown & crusty, 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot.

Extra Tip: After the bread has cooled completely, wrap in plastic wrap and store in a cool place. Try roasting slices of bread & serve with your favorite jams or use to make your favorite sandwich!
