Turbodog Ribeye Steaks

Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS: 
2 Ribeye Steaks, with fat, do not trim
1 cup Turbodog beer
1 tablespoon Honey
1 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon minced fresh Garlic

DIRECTIONS:
Place the steaks in a deep dish suitable for marinating. In a bowl, whisk 1 cup of Turbodog, creole seasoning and garlic. Slowly add in 1 tablespoon of honey whisking quickly to prevent it from settling at the bottom. Pour marinade over the steaks, flipping it twice to ensure that it is evenly distributed over both. Cover and let sit until ready to cook. (Note: The longer you marinate the better the flavor will be). If tailgating, place steaks and marinade in a ziplock bag for travel.

For best results, prepare a charcoal fire so that the coals are hot and white (you can also use a gas grill.) Grill the steaks according to desired doneness, flipping the steaks only once during the grilling time. Serve immediately.
