Brent Normand, the artist, is a Louisiana local and a Boy Scout who lives with autism. During the pandemic, he turned a bottle cap collection into a way to recycle wood and bottle caps while also raising money for local Boy Scout Troops. As an aspiring Eagle Scout, this venture is very close to Brent’s heart.
