In 2018, Gene Colley and Anthony Cruz set out with nothing but a tent, a fryer, and a dream—to create the ultimate Fried Chicken Sandwich. Fast forward to today, they’ve taken home top honors at the National Fried Chicken Festival, won 7 awards at Po Boy Fest, and expanded from humble pop-ups to 3 food trucks and a full restaurant in Metairie.

Don’t miss your chance to experience what all the hype is about. This is more than just fried chicken—it’s a bite of NOLA history in the making.
