If you need to change the date or time of your tour reservation, please email us at abitavisitorcenter@abita.com or call 985-893-3143. We do not offer refunds for tours. We are happy to accommodate your party on another date or time that works with your schedule.
As much as we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on the brewery tour. But they can hang out on our patio & beer garden!

Absolutely! We will consider special request tours for groups of 25 or more. To set up a special request tour, contact abitavisitorcenter@abita.com and specify the desired date and time of the tour.
Yes, the Tap Room and tour is open to all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume our beer. Root beer is available for visitors under the age of 21.
Our tours are $10 and include four 4oz. samples of our beer. Reservations can be made in advance here. We do leave spots open on all of our guided tours for walk-ins.
We accept credit and debit cards only. No cash or personal checks can be used to pay for tours, beer, or retail items.
Our current tap room & Gift Shop hours are Monday – Sunday 11am – 9pm. We are closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day and sometimes for special events.

Yes! We can fill a growler or crowler with your favorite Abita brew that is on tap. We sell Abita growlers onsite, but we’ll be happy to fill your 64oz. growler. Please be sure to clean your growler prior to arriving!
We have light snacks (chips/pretzels) for sale. We try to have food trucks visit the brewery often. Please check the upcoming schedule. Visitors are also welcome to BYOF (bring your own food) and enjoy at our bar, courtyard, or beer garden.
