Make Your Own Canjo!

Materials Needed:

• Abita Can
• 2 Bolts
• 2 Nuts
• 1 Washer
• 1 Eye Bolt
• Picture wire or Fishing Line
• 36″ board about 2″ wide

Tools Needed:

• Can Opener
• Drill
• Screw Driver

Instructions:

1. Drink your favorite canned Abita Beer.
2. Remove top of beer can with a can opener—careful with sharp edges!
3. Drill one hole in the bottom of the beer can and two holes in the back of the beer can.
4. Drill holes at one end of your board and attach can with two bolts.
5. Thread string through bottom of can. Attach washer at the bottom of the string & can and then an eye bolt at the top.
6. Drill a hole at the top of the board and insert eyebolt. Use a screwdriver to tighten the string by sticking it through the eye bolt and turning it.
7. Voila—your very own canjo
